Abita Luxury Rentals offers five luxury villas in Nohea: Nohea 6, 13, 24, 25, and 26. All are professionally managed by our on-island team, Hawaii Homechex.

Some nearby lots within the Nohea community are currently under development as part of Mauna Lani's continued growth. Construction activity is limited to weekday daytime hours only and does not take place in the evenings or on weekends. Most guests report little to no disruption during their stay. Pets are not permitted at our properties. Registered service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival.
