About the Space:
- 4 Bedrooms with king sized beds and 4 Bathrooms: Each bedroom is designed for comfort and privacy. The primary suite highlights dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, plus indoor and outdoor showers. A second spacious bedroom offers nearby access to a large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional suites are located in the courtyard ohanas, each with its own private ensuite.
- Versatile Flex Room: The multipurpose room doubles as a fifth sleeping area with a retractable Murphy bed. Use it as a media lounge or workspace by day, then transform it into a cozy bedroom at night.
- Outdoor Living: The villa’s private yard offers a freeform pool, waterfall spa, and ample lounge and dining areas. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa is heated instantly on demand.
- Elegant Interiors: Restoration Hardware furnishings and custom ceiling fretwork give the home a curated, upscale aesthetic. Expansive sliding glass doors bring indoor and outdoor living together seamlessly.
- Chef’s Kitchen: Equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and high-end cabinetry, this gourmet kitchen has everything you need. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat eight, perfect for enjoying fresh island meals together

- The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.
- Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!
- Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. Beautiful home and great location! Comfy beds, plenty of extra items like pillows, blankets, and condiments to help it feel like home. We loved the pool and hot tub and beautiful back yard.

The house is gorgeous and wonderfully located for exploring and enjoying the Big Island. Lisette was on hand to greet us at arrival and show us around the house. Just a wonderful stay.
Paradise on the Big Island
Such an incredible property for our family of 6. Plenty of space to spread out and the amenities of the property are incredible. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need and the grill works perfectly! Communication with the property management team was wonderful and we had everything we needed and more to have an incredible stay! We'll be back!

Wow! What an absolutely amazing house. We know the area well but our first time staying at this development. The house is pristine and lives like it’s brand new. We loved the pool and the whole house is well-equipped for everything, including going to the beach club. We also walked to the Mauna Lani for drinks, dinner, and spa treatments. Home was like new. Beds were comfortable, very private, open floor plan great for family time, kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to work in, home was very clean, bikes/beach chairs was great to have, and beautiful beach nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to reserve again!
Definition of relaxation and luxury
This house is the definition of relaxation and luxury! The kitchen and pantry had everything we could think of and then some. Towels and bedding were soft and high end. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with our three teenagers, who also rode the bikes provided everywhere. We especially appreciated the binder with lots of great info on nearby attractions, tours, shopping and restaurants. We spent a lot of time at the beach club (if you don’t get there early in the day, definitely bring the beach chairs and umbrella provided in the garage). Would definitely return to the big island and Nohea, thank you for a great stay!

The home was brand new and so well appointed - every luxury detail was available. We loved the layout and privacy and the gourmet kitchen. We used the exercise room every day and rode bikes around. Short walk to the hotels and fish ponds and beach club. The boys loved the golf too. Lissette was so kind and helpful and communicative. I would definitely stay here again!
