About the Space:

  • 3 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms: The home features two guest suites (queen sized beds) positioned at opposite corners, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary suite (king sized bed) is especially well-appointed, offering dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. One of the guest suites is located in the courtyard ohana, providing extra privacy and tranquility. For added convenience, there is also a half bath just off the main living area.
  • Versatile Flex Room: A multipurpose room with a retractable Murphy bed provides an optional fourth sleeping space. Use it as a media lounge or office by day and an additional bedroom by night.
  • Outdoor Living: Relax in the freeform pool, soak in the waterfall spa, or dine outdoors surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The pool is seasonally heated, with optional heating for a fee, and the spa heats on demand.
  • Elegant Interiors: High end furnishings and custom ceiling details create a cohesive, upscale style. Large sliding glass doors connect indoor living seamlessly with the lanai and backyard oasis.
  • Chef’s Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Wolf 6-burner gas range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and premium cabinetry. With indoor and outdoor dining tables seating eight, the villa is perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or local flavors together.

Additional Amenities

  • Nohea Amenity Center: Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.
  • The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.
  • Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!
  • Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities. Further details: Mauna Lani Sports Club

*This home is part of a new luxury community, and as the neighbourhood grows there will be construction activity on nearby lots. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so evenings and weekends remain quiet. We’re happy to share the most up-to-date details with you before your stay so you know what to expect.*

Great time!

Came with family of 5, everyone had a great time, would book again. 2024 villa in newly built neighborhood, as of Jan 2025 there are about 10 villas built with about 20 more going up. Minimal construction noise, we didn’t even notice. House was spacious, high end appliances, privat pool, 5 min car drive from private beach club, 2 minute drive from grocery store, coffee shop, etc.

Our family had an incredible stay. The home was spacious, spotless, and perfectly equipped for our needs which also included pedal bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. The kitchen and barbeque were fantastic as we did like to prepare our meals and eat outside on the patio. The hot spot was our private pool and spa where we spent time relaxing and playing as a family. The stunning tropical surroundings and private, yet convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable. Access to the private beach 5 minutes away was the best. Our host (Lissette) was exceptional ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create unforgettable family memories. Exceeded our expectations.

Lovely, spacious home with every amenity

We were so very comfortable in this large, elegant home, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The enormous kitchen had every appliance, tool, and dish you could need plus a generous supply of condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable and luxurious, with lots of privacy for each room. The location was perfect - walk to fitness center, Foodland, shops and restaurants. The beach club (short drive) is perfect, with snorkeling and a sweet restaurant. Loved the easy biking and having our own pool and hot tub. Construction noise didn’t bother us but is a factor if you need silence - the neighborhood is still under construction. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Thank you, Lissette and team for a seamless stay in Puako!!
