Abita Luxury Rentals welcomes you to our nearly 3,000 sq foot, 4-bedroom home located in Nohea at Mauna Lani. This luxury property offers a blend of comfort and elegance, with thoughtful design touches and high-end amenities. Unwind in the private backyard, complete with a pool and spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this serene space offers privacy and tranquility, making it the ideal setting for unforgettable moments under the Hawaiian sun.

About the Space:

• 4 Bedrooms  with king sized beds: A spacious primary suite and a guest bedroom, each designed for relaxation and privacy are located in the main house. The other two bedrooms are connected Ohana suites, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. The Ohana’s have a connecting door allowing it to be two private spaces or one combined. All bedrooms are complete with king beds for a restful night sleep.

• Flex Room with Murphy Bed: A versatile space for quiet moments or watching TV. The murphy bed provides flexibility for additional guests.

• 4.5 Bathrooms: Enjoy the convenience of multiple bathrooms, including an elegant master ensuite, ensuring everyone has ample space and privacy. Each bedroom has its own ensuite with the half bathroom off the living room.

• Private Pool and Spa: Step outside to your own tropical oasis featuring a private pool and spa, surrounded by lush landscaping and ample lounging areas – ideal for soaking up the sun or stargazing at night.

• Designer Furnishings: Every space is beautifully appointed with Restoration Hardware furniture, creating a refined yet comfortable ambiance throughout.

Additional Amenities:Nohea Amenity Center: 

• Free-form pool, gym, and outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

• The property is stocked for the beach with beach towels, chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards. There are also four bikes available for use during your stay.

• Mauna Lani Beach Club pass for exclusive access to a pristine beach, great snorkeling, and the Napua Restaurant. A short walk away from the condo through the adjacent fishpond trail. It provides a safe swimming and snorkelling experience, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, and showers. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!

•  Mauna Lani Sports Club pass for exclusive access to the Sports Club, an off-site affiliate of the Auberge Hotel, offering tennis, pickleball, a 25-meter lap pool and fitness center. For clarity, this membership does not grant access to the Auberge Hotel and their on-site amenities. Further details: Mauna Lani Sports Club

    *This home is part of a new luxury community, and as the neighbourhood grows there will be construction activity on nearby lots. Work is limited to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, so evenings and weekends remain quiet. We’re happy to share the most up-to-date details with you before your stay so you know what to expect.*

    A nightly fee of $150 USD will be charged for each additional guest exceeding 6.

    All reservations require guests to review and sign a Vacation Home Rental Agreement prior to arrival. We also request a copy of a government-issued ID from the primary guest within 48 hours of booking. This is collected securely for identity verification purposes only and ensures the safety of all parties.

    Better than the Fairmont or Auberge

    This home is in the best location, with many amenities and activities accessible by bicycle, which they have thoughtfully provided. The house has everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler bags and snorkel gear. And if you don't want to leave, the pool area is perfectly set up with loungers, couches and a large fixed umbrella if you need some shade. We've been coming here for 3 years now, and we will certainly be back!

    Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed property in Mauna Lani

    Beautiful, spacious, well-appointed property in Mauna Lani. The backyard and pool is very private, which is great with the family. We used the pool and hot tub several times. Spacious, plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen, bathrooms, and garage were all well appointed with cutlery, towels, soap, beach gear, etc. This house served us well for our spring break trip!
